My name is Deborah Lebeni, and I have been passionate about drawing since childhood. I developed my skills by attending various painting workshops, but I quickly gravitated toward my favorite medium: acrylic.
To further refine my technique, I completed two years of evening painting classes at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels. Through portraits and scenes of everyday life, I seek to pay tribute to the people who left a lasting mark on my childhood in Africa.
After a period of introspection, I also began exploring abstract art, where I find a sense of freedom and release that is essential to my personal and artistic growth.
